RCN Multimedia department is the Technology and Communications hub of the RCN North America, and we operate under 2 unique sections: 1) Media-Tech 2) Scribes.
The Media-Tech Unit is responsible for technology related assignments within the entire RCN North American expressions. The team is classified into various subunits below to better manage assigned tasks and responsibilities:
- Social Media
- Web Design and Management
- Video Production and Live streaming
- Photography
- Graphics design
- Sound and Lighting
The Scribes Unit is saddled with the responsibility of physical and electronic print publications. The team is classified into the subgroups below:
1) Content Management: To focus on writing contents in a monthly/bi-monthly newsletters, periodic evangelism tracts, follow- up forms, content creations for websites, book project, articles, blog post, print advertorials, new convert materials and the use of the transcribed messages of Apostle Arome where applicable.
2) The sermon notes : To deliver the Transcription of Apostle Arome Osayi’s messages into Sermon Notes, CliffNotes, summary notes and proposed topics available on our website. The transcription process is done without compromising on the originality of the message preached.
3) The process monitoring unit will serve as the monitoring team for all sub- group within the scribe to ensure effectiveness. They will be responsible for developing the standard operating procedures, review processes, updates and timeline. The unit ensures prompt archiving of files, and all quality control measures are in place and followed before and after approval processes.
4) The Quality control unit is responsible for quality assurance and proof- reading of all content generated for publishing from the media and Scribes unit, in regard to grammar, structures, tenses while ascertaining quality control in terms of RCN mandate.
