Typically, our responsibilities range from researching and suggesting suitable venues based on event requirements to managing logistics related to venue setup and seating arrangements, arranging transportation for attendees, speakers, and VIP guests, and providing specialized services for VIP guests, including transportation, accommodations, and working in tandem with hospitality, and ensuring the security and safety of all participants while making sure God’s people have a seamless and personalized experience throughout our events.
